The frameworks

The PRM®frameworks

Lived experience turned into structured talks, workshops and training for education settings and corporate organisations.

The approach

Stories open the door. Structure carries the learning.

The PRM® frameworks take the stories told through the podcast into rooms where they can do the most good.

They are continuously scaffolded to address what is impacting society the most, from current trauma in young people to historic trauma in adults. By bringing awareness to emotions and giving tools to control reactions, they reach people early and build understanding before problems require clinical or statutory intervention.

Formats

Talks. Workshops. Training.

TALKS

One voice. One room.

A positive role model shares their story with a school, a year group or an organisation, and what it taught them.

WORKSHOPS

Understanding put to work.

Structured sessions that build awareness of emotions and give practical tools for managing reactions.

TRAINING

Knowledge that changes practice.

Training for staff and leaders on adverse childhood experiences and historic trauma, and how they shape behaviour.

What we cover

The issues that matter most.

Mental health

Understanding emotions and what they do to thinking and behaviour.

Resilience

How people recover, adapt and keep going after adversity.

Adverse childhood experiences

The experiences many adults carry without ever having had a name for them.

Child criminal exploitation

How grooming and exploitation work, and what genuine role models look like.

Historic trauma

How past events continue to shape how adults lead, manage and support others.

Managing reactions

Practical tools for pausing, choosing and responding.

Two settings

Built for the people in the room.

In education

Young people need role models they can genuinely relate to. The frameworks help them recognise exploitation, understand their emotions and see what a genuine positive role model looks like.

In the workplace

Knowledge of ACEs and historic trauma changes how people lead, manage and support each other, and helps adults understand their own experiences.

A session in four moves

Story

A role model shares what happened, honestly.

Awareness

The room learns what sits behind behaviour and emotion.

Tools

Practical ways to recognise and control reactions.

Reflection

Time to connect it to real life, and to seek support early.

The frameworks are therapeutically informed support, not clinical intervention.
