Whatwe do
Two connected services: a podcast that carries lived experience far and wide, and frameworks that take it into the settings where it is needed most.
The podcast
The podcast gets the message out.
Each episode gives a voice to a positive role model: their story, their struggle, and what carried them through the other side. In a world where devices are an extension of the human form, one message delivered through the PRM network can change the course of someone’s direction dramatically.
The frameworks
Lived experience, turned into structure.
Our frameworks become structured talks and workshops, delivered in education settings and corporate organisations. They are continuously scaffolded to address what is impacting society the most, from current trauma in young people to historic trauma in adults.
Three audiences. One aim.
Young people in education
Young people need role models they can genuinely relate to. PRM places positive role models in front of the young people who need them most.
Adults in the workplace
Adults have rarely had the chance to learn about ACEs and historic trauma. That knowledge changes how people lead, manage and support each other.
Positive role models
People whose lived experience can change another person’s direction, given a platform that makes sure they are visible and heard.
